My childhood

So years ago, well like 3 years ago when my parents were going through boxes in the attic to move to Dallas, we came across several of my old stuffed animals. While I kept some of them, I decided to take a picture to remember most of my favorite things. Since you are reading this, you must be bored or interested in my thoughts/feelings so you can either stop reading now or continue while I tell you about some of the items. Let's start at the top...Friends, meet Lots-a-lots-a-legs...I loved this pink, different colored socked caterpillar! Let's move to Raggedy Ann...I think this was one of my first "toys" as I recall a baby blanket with Raggedy Ann and Andy and maybe my room was decorated in that too? Under Ann is my fluffy pink dog...this was popular for some reason and I NEEDED one and LOVED it! Crammed to the left of the dog is a lion, not sure where it came from but it always sat on my shelf and made me smile. Next is my SOCK MONKEY!!!!!!! Made for me by my Nana, this little guy went EVERYWHERE with me as I drug him by his tail (which I think doubled in length). (little know side note, I made my first sock monkey just a few months ago for my newest little niece Meredith :)) Next is Ben, he was actually Robert's Cabbage Patch Doll, but he and my doll Karisa Karie (not pictured). In front of Ben is a hand made Kangaroo, with it's little baby safe in mamma's pouch. Now the weridish birdy, dragon thing was something I got from Kaleidoscope (this SUPER GREAT hands on craft place, Crayola I think, we use to ALWAYS get to go with Gram (in Kansas City)). And next, the Pound Puppies...Now who did not LOVE those and want them. The last 2 are things I am not sure where they came from but I remember playing with them lots!! OK, Thanks for humoring me and reading (maybe some did) about a few of my favorite stuffed animals from my childhood.
